Yeah pretty much. Its pretty brutal and the movie is gory but in a way it true.  Push your cares, push your burdens aside. But im not going to go nuts, im just going to stop caring so much about all the stupid shit that fills my head and im just going to live in full acceptance from now on. Like full acceptance of what is, whatever happens from now on im just going to take it in and deal with it.
