This blog is intended to motivate and show you what everyone can do to enjoy the outdoors. There is so much more to life then what society gives, and the peace and happiness you find outside is so much more pure and real then the man-made life styles lots of us are tied into these days. Not saying its bad part of the man-made life style, but it really is good for the mind and body to feel the natural part of life as well. Just saying; take advantage of what you have around you that is natural and naturally beautiful and you will feel so much more alive and happy! :)

New Friends and New Problems.

Yesterday was awesome! Nice weather in the high 50s, climbed a bunch of problems some repeats and some new, and I made a new friend named Amy.

So yeah Amy, Chris, and I went to the Sad Boulders :( hahaha there not that sad.. There actually pretty cool. And we got climbed like all day form 11 in the morning till 5 pm! Lots of new climbs got done, my favorite out of the bunch was French Press v6. French Press is this super thin techy slab, you press up into these tiny foot holds and hope they don't slip out because its kinda a awkward fall. Then you gain this good pinch and slowly, still standing on single grains of rock, you reach for the lip. Pull the mantel and its over!

Here are pics of Molly V5 that we all had a blast on, and Strength In Numbers which is this really cool high ball problem.

Here is Amy crushing Molly, She dint make it to the top but got super close! She will get it for sure. And there is Chris doing the spotting like a gentleman.
Thats me doin the first move.

And Guinn doin the second move. Haha, we all climbed that boulder till are fingers were sore.

Amy on Strength In Numbers. Super classis and bold boulder problem. Only goes at v5 but it feels dang hard!

Guinn on Strength in Numbers. None of made it to the top, in fact Amy got the closest I think, but thats because we dint really have enough pads. The crux is way up high and you need to move the pads back because the boulder overhangs this big rock in the landing.. So we all kinda dropped when it got to a high point.
